2-4 weeks. We also provide an express service for tailor-made curtains with motorised tracks to be made within a week, but only within our terms & conditions.
What is your warranty period for motorised tracks and curtains?
All Curtain Library custom-made products are warranted to be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty includes all materials, mechanisms and components which make up the blinds or shades.
In the event a Curtain Library custom-made product is found to be defective in materials or workmanship, we will, at our discretion, repair, or replace the product which fails to conform to this warranty, provided that the product was properly installed in accordance with our installation guidelines.
This warranty does not cover any product which fails due to accident, alterations, misuse, abuse, misapplication, improper handling, improper installation, improper operation or improper cleaning, and normal wear and tear.
What kind of curtain headers go well with motorised tracks?
The most suitable headers to go with a motorised track are single pleat, double pleat, ripple fold, and french pleat.
Can I still hang my old curtain on the new motorised track?
Yes, but you will have to change the curtain’s hooks to ones that can be used with our motorised tracks
Do you offer an instalment payment option?
We offer a 0% interest instalment payment option for all our curtains, blinds, wallpapers and motorised systems through Maybank. This payment plan allows you to pay instalments for up to 12 months without any extra interest fee.
