Located at the exclusive waterfront neighbourhood of Seri Tanjung Pinang, Straits Residences is a luxury development with an estimated GDV of RM300 million by Kerjaya Prospek Property. Curtain Library was engaged to supply motorised curtains for double-pleated 95% dimout curtains from our Travis Collection with adjustable hooks to 208 fully-furnished units. There were a few things the designers were looking for in this project. Namely, the units were to showcase their mastery of art and class through mid-tone coffee-coloured greys, emulating the soothing colours of their surrounding coastal area.
To help them realise this modern contemporary theme, we proposed that the suites used our state-of-the-art Kirov Motorised Curtains with tailor-made curtains in their bedroom and living room spaces. Curtain Library’s motorised curtains are automated for a hands-free drawing and closing experience, all with just a push of a button- modernising the home into a smart home. Our curtains also come with a noise-reducing feature that keeps the whole process smooth and silent. This project took around 3 months to customise and install.
Curtain Library works closely with Kerjaya Prospek Property in supplying curtains, blinds, and wallpapers to other Kerjaya Prospek projects such as Kaleidoscope Setiawangsa Residency, Residency V, and Bloomsvale in Klang Valley.
