Very good and professional experience with RuEn. She has been proactive and reactive since day 1 on our first meeting. Quickly came to the house to take measurements, check the setup of the house and advise accordingly. Even helped with the timing and to rush the order! Lovely choice of fabrics (whether it is black out or sheer) – quite unique offer here in Malaysia, very happy with the end result! Well done!

Happy with the work and the curtains as well. The designer Ms. Tangela was able to help us to choose the shear curtains to match our main curtains. she really fulfilled our need and expectations on this.We are so happy the hall, my master room, kitchen, dinning area, prayer and also the kitchen with roller blind was very nice and looks so pretty now.the installation team also were so good and handled everything professionally.Thank you Ms. Tangela and team, will look forward and suggest to others about Curtains Library in future.Well done!

Met Mr. Elven in the showroom. He was very helpful and professional.he was patient and provided the right choice of curtains to me. He visited my house and took the accurate measurements.1 living room with 2 full length sheet curtains, 3 full length blackout curtains for bed rooms, 1 roller blind.15 days later - all the orders were installed perfectly. The team was very efficient and professional. Carried out the tasks without any fuss and delay. We have decided to assign Curtain Library due to their responsive services, professionalism and willing to go extra mile to cater to our tailor made requirements and tight deadline to ship the curtains to our new home in Spain. Shout out to Run En and her several other colleagues whom I didn't manage to get their names who tirelessly find suitable fabric and answer all our concerns. Ru En will answer my whapapps and calls even on off duty time and even at odd hours when I try to reach her from Spain. Ru En is absolutely fantastic!!
