Parc 3 is a condominium that blends luxury and nature living for its residents. Located in Cheras, the condominium was developed by one of the top landscape designers that offer a beautiful view of Kuala Lumpur. From the team who decorated Jimmy Choo’s penthouse, Curtain Library collaborates with Ooi Design & Associates (OD&A) once again for this project.
We supplied our tailor-made curtains and sheer curtains for the living room, guest bedroom, the owner’s daughter’s bedroom, and master bedroom. We’ve selected a neutral brown fabric from our award-winning Helsinki collection to match the french pleat sewing on the curtains. Additionally, we attached extra linings at the back of the curtains for better protection from the Sun upon the owner’s request. Curtains and sheer curtains were installed in the pelmet box that uses our WESO silent curtain tracks. After everything was in place, we used a handheld iron steamer to smooth out the fabric before finishing up with curtain holdbacks.
Overall, the project was a resounding success. Together with the team from OD&A, we transformed the unit into a modern and sophisticated space fit for comfortable living.
