100 Residency is a modern freehold apartment by Kerjaya Prospek Property located in Setapak, Kuala Lumpur. Working closely with Solid Design, Curtain Library designed and supplied roller and Roman blinds, 95% dimout curtains and 100% blackout curtains as well as designer wallpapers to their penthouse unit that was owned by the owner of Kerjaya Prospek Properties himself.
The art direction of this project is more personal, as it sought to showcase the tastes and class of the owner. With that in mind, our team worked out the best top-notch materials and products for the designers to pick from.
In this project, we supplied wallpapers from our Netherlands Collection to all rooms. Then, our team worked on tailor-made velvet-mix 95% dimout curtains from our Travis Collection, and 100% blackout curtains with silicone finishings to furnish the living room and bedrooms respectively. We also supplied high-quality roller-blinds in the bathtub area to allow occupants the ability to adjust the amount of natural light into the bathroom for a more zen bathing experience. This concept of serene luxury was carried onto the study room with our supply of Roman blinds.
This whole project took about 3 months to complete and is part of Curtain Library’s long-term engagement with Kerjaya Prospek Property. We have supplied luxury curtains, blinds, and wallpapers to other Kerjaya Prospek projects such as in Kaleidoscope Setiawangsa Residency and Bloomsvale in Klang Valley, and Straits Residences in Penang.
