Kerjaya Prospek Property engaged with Curtain Library by Crystalace to provide curtains, blinds and wallpapers for their Bloomsvale Menara Vista Petaling project. As show units are one of the most important sales and marketing tools for property developers, we were honoured to have been chosen for this important task to ensure the curtain, blinds and wallpaper in this showroom bring out the vision of the designer. 

The designer wanted to highlight luxury and class in this unit, so we customised their household curtain sets to use blackout with sheer materials and French pleat headers. Roller blinds were used for their bathrooms as they are easy to use, offer great privacy, and easy to clean. We were also tasked with proposing the best materials for their featured walls. For this, we used patterned non-woven wallpapers. This type of wallpaper is quickly becoming every interior designer’s preferred wall substrate, as the material is breathable and prevents mould growth. Non-woven wallpaper is also known to be more durable as they are tear-resistant.
