Kaleidoscope Setiawangsa Residency

Kaleidoscope Setiawangsa Residency is a freehold apartment by Kerjaya Prospek Property located in Kuala Lumpur. Curtain Library was tasked to supply and install curtains, roller blinds, and wallpaper for two of their show units.

As show units are meant to give visitors and guests an idea of what their homes can be like, we ensured that the fixtures and fittings we installed for this client are in trend, durable, and of the best quality. Therefore, we worked closely with their designers to come up with suitable curtains for their concept rooms. In the end, we settled on providing floor-to-ceiling French pleat curtains with designer fabric for their living room and bedrooms. The striped fabric material used for this project adds youthfulness to their rooms, while the lightweight sheer fabric filters natural light into the home to create a warm and relaxing atmosphere.

This was a very successful project with Kerjaya Prospek as these show units helped the client sell out 600 apartment units from two blocks in less than a year. After this success, Curtain Library became the go-to supplier of curtains, blinds, and wallpapers to other Kerjaya Prospek projects such as 222 Residency, Residency V, Bloomsvale in Klang Valley, and Straits Residences in Penang.
