222 Residency is a freehold apartment located in Kuala Lumpur by Kerjaya Prospek Property. Curtain Library, as their top choice supplier for soft furnishing, were tasked to advise, supply and install curtains and wallpaper for both their Sales Gallery and show unit. The show unit in question is a 6000 sq ft penthouse located at the top floor of the apartment building.
As show units are meant to give visitors and guests an idea of what their homes can be like, we ensured that the fixtures and fittings we installed for this client are in trend, durable, and of the best quality. Therefore, we worked closely with their designers from Solid Design Studio to come up with suitable curtains for their concept rooms. In the end, we settled on providing floor-to-ceiling French pleat curtains for their living room and bedrooms. The striped fabric material used for this project adds subtle sophistication, while the lightweight sheer fabric filters natural light into the home to create a warm and relaxing atmosphere.
