Istana Melawati is the official residence of our honorable Yang di-Pertuan Agong, the constitutional monarch of Malaysia, and is located in Putrajaya.
Our team had the most coveted opportunity in the curtain industry – to replace the existing curtains at Istana Melawati with brand-new ones and create a cozy, restful environment in His Majesty’s dorm area. We proposed the usage of grey blackout curtains with white sheers and double pleat sewing to keep sunlight out of the room and maintain a comfortable atmosphere. Moreover, the addition of white sheers serves to amp up the styling of the interior space, while the double pleat design provides texture and depth to the curtains.
